Osoteku Oluwademilade Isaac (OOI) is an God’s Son. An idea generator, engineer, teacher, entrepreneur and society entrepreneur. I had my Ordinary National Diploma from the Petroleum Training Institute, Effurun, Delta state where I studied Petroleum and Natural Gas Processing Technology. I proceeded to University of Benin where I presently study Petroleum Engineering. My passion for developing others spurred my to create an idea management organisation called THE IDEA HOUSE focused on youth development in four basic areas as stated below: -Business Training and Management (BUTMA) - Leadership and Personal Development (LEAPED) - Academic and Research Development (ACARD), - Media and Publishing (MePUB). - Center for Excellence in New Technology (CENT) - Creativity in Arts (CiA) My learning from various life coaches and motivational speakers and a sound knowledge of the rapidly declining employability among graduates of Nigerian Universities led to the establishment of an inter-university seminar series with the theme 'WHAT NEXT AFTER SCHOOL?' which took place in Petroleum Training Institute, Effurun (2010), University of Benin (2010), University of Abuja (2011), and University of Bein (2013) I am a member of various international organizations like the Leo Clubs International, a youth affilate of the Lions Clubs international; Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE), Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) etc. I actively participate in church service as that is my source and also I am also a member of a progressive and revolutionary leadership think-tank organization called the Group of Advanced Leaders (G.O.A.L). Furthermore, I am the publisher of 'THE SPECTACLE' magazine. A campus and youth centered magazine committed to efficient campus journalism, restoring core moral values, ethics, success thinking patters, effective leadership and correcting societal ills prominent among youths. It has its base in the University of Benin with correspondents from other institutions. I am a trained Java Programmer, web designer cum developer I have taken part in numerous training program which include the Leap Africa Values Leadership Strategy Productivity (VLSP) program, AfterSchool Graduate Development Center (AGDC) Workplace Intelligent Nigerian Gradates (WINGS) employability Training, Business Leadership and Strategy Development training (BizLSD) by Science and Technology Development Initiative. Looking into unusual places is my hobby, human relationship and, capacity development are my passion. Upon the solid foundation of creative thinking have I built my mind. Upon the pillars of limitless imagination have I built its walls. Upon the door post and lintel of Continuous and Never Ending Improvement have I allowed the Knowledge and experience of others into it; and upon the roofing of hard but very smart work have i completed this structure.
