As a busy wife and working mom, I'm constantly losing things—but I'm holding onto my sanity (barely). Good thing I have God--and my mom--on speed dial! :) My favorite forms of therapy? Cuddling with my two rambunctious sons, date nights with my hilarious hubby, reading great books, and singing at church. I feel incredibly blessed to work from home as a professional author, speaker, writing mentor and teacher.

My lifelong dream came true when I landed my first publishing contract in 2003, and since then, my credits have included the books 25 Christmas Blessings: An Interactive Countdown to Christmas!, Wounded Women of the Bible: Finding Hope When Life Hurts (with Tina Samples), Mothers of the Bible, Let the Crows’ Feet and Laugh Lines Come, Grace for the Race: Meditations for Busy Moms, and over two dozen compilation books, including Chicken Soup for the Soul: Devotionals for Mothers and Divine Wisdom for Women 2014 (Barbour). I've had hundreds of articles in publications such as Focus on the Family, Woman’s World and Home Life, and my tips have appeared in Redbook, Working Mother, Family Circle, Nick Jr. Parent, and Parenting.
