I have worked in several industries while developing my passion for leadership and personal development. I now use lessons learned from my professional career and personal life to help other emerging leaders become all they were created to be. I've worked with top companies such as AT&T, Goldman Sachs, Quest, Century Link, Citigroup, Mastercard, HP and Scottrade. I have also worked with other smaller, but just as important, organizations. Born the youngest of 7 siblings, this experience taught me my first lessons of leadership. I am excited about relea my first book, You Can Get There from Here: The Guidebook to Achieving Success at Work and in Life in May 2014.

I married my H.S. sweetheart, Chawanis, in 2004. We currently live outside of Atlanta with our 2 dogs (Brewster and Sasha).
