Denice Neddo

Denice Neddo is an active Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Coach to agents across the county. She is driven by a relentless passion to help Real Estate agents and brokers get what they really want from their real estate business and in their personal life. Denice’s clients come from diverse markets and specialties, including luxury markets, teams, niches, new construction and model homes, to investment property and property management. She genuinely believes that REALTORS® can have tremendous business success and build it in harmony with a rewarding personal life.

Denice is a licensed Broker in both Oregon and Washington and has been an active real estate professional since 1995. She has overcome major obstacles in her own career as a real estate agent and has the tools to help her clients deal with tough decisions, and new opportunities to generate breakthrough results.

Working in the Portland market as a single mom with 2 young children, no child support, a mortgage and a car payment, Denice made Real Estate work. In her first year, she achieved the Coldwell Banker Achievement Award, Rookie of the Year. She grew her business, and has been a recipient of the Chairman’s Circle, President’s Circle, and the Top Ten Percent of REALTORS® nationwide awards.

Denice has a well rounded background in real estate. She has experience working with residential rentals, traditional buyers and sellers, luxury homes, and has worked with first time buyers and move up buyers to buyers of commercial property. Denice has lived on 5 acres with a well and septic and has sold farms and rural property, too.

Denice is an active member of the National Association of Professional Women, Rotary International, works with Habitat for Humanity, and Rebuilding Together. Recently, she was elected by her fellow REALTORS® to serve as a Director on her local Board of REALTORS®, Denice also serves on her board’s grievance committee.

Denice and her husband Dave have been happily married since 2004. They make their home the Salmon Creek area of Clark County, Washington (just across the river from Portland, Oregon). Together, Dave and Denice have 5 daughters, and 8 grandchildren.
