Deniece Ross-Francom

Deniece was born and raised in Napa, which is where she met her husband David. They moved to Sacramento in 1989 and have been married for 40 years. They have one son, Ryan, and joyfully welcomed their first grand child last summer.

Deniece earned her real estate license in 1992 and has worked in the real estate industry ever since. Initially she worked with buyers and sellers with her broker and also managed the office. As the brokerage hired new agents she enjoyed training and coaching them. In 2003 she moved to a new brokerage and served as the Sales Manager for 8 years. She continued her career as a Sales Manager at two other brokerages until March 2020. Ready for a change, Deniece joined Dunnigan Realtors in July and is excited to be back to selling.

Deniece became involved at the Sacramento Association of Realtors in 2007. In the last 13 years, she has served on and chaired many committees and served in leadership. She is currently the Immediate Past President of SAR, a C.A.R. Director, Chair of the LCRC and Government Relations committees and serves as a hearing officer for the Professional Standards committee.

Deniece loves her new position as "Nana" of her grand daughter Betty Jane who just turned one. She and David enjoy spending time at the coast and working in their garden.
