Hire me

Hello, I’m Adenike Robinson — a passionate Coach, Conference speaker, and ministry leader based in Lagos, Nigeria. I help individuals and organizations unlock purpose, navigate transitions, and live boldly through prayer, strategy, and inner work. When I’m not coaching or leading prayer communities, I enjoy swimming, cycling, and writing.

I serve as a Cognitive Transformational Coach and am a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, deeply committed to helping people shift mindsets and break limiting patterns. I am the Executive Director of Robinson Coaching Consult, where we design and deliver transformational programs for individuals, institutions, and ministries.

In academia, I function as a Postgraduate Administrator (MSc & PhD) at the School of Management and Social Sciences, Pan-Atlantic University, supporting high-level academic programs and leadership development.

I am also a purpose-driven social impact leader:

Founder of Nikkybeau Foundation, a women’s rights organization focused on supporting and empowering survivors of domestic violence.

Founder of FCICA – Female Coaches Inner Circle Africa, a transformational network helping female coaches across Africa rise into higher versions of themselves with grace, clarity, and boldness.

At my core, I believe that inner healing and divine alignment are the keys to lasting transformation in life and leadership. Whether through corporate training, intercessory prayer, or personal coaching, my mission is to help people walk confidently in their God-given identity and assignment.
