Working in lower and upper management since 2008 has given me the opportunity to grown and learn in the workforce. I have been able to fine tune my customer service skills and have gain a plethora of knowledge on how to observe a sitiation, decipher what, if any, action needs to be taken, and determine how to implement such actions into action. This has also allowed me to work on my interoffice people skills. It has been a journey working with and supervising up to 12 very unique and diverse individuals.

Outside of the corporate world, I enjoy many activities. Most of which involve creativity. I enjoy the creative activities because they enrich my mind and I enjoy learning new things. The satisfaction one gets from watching the creation of their hands come to life as they make clothing from rags, a meal from the basic of ingredients, or a blanket made from yarn is very rewarding.
