I have worked within customer service roles for many years now, and feel that I have a good rapport with customers and colleagues. I always ensure that I provide the correct information/advice and try to exceed the customers expectations. I can be very flexible with working patterns and have worked both as part of a team and individually.

Currently I am working for Moto Hospitality within the petrol station. My responsibilities include excellent customer service, cash handling, stocking up, and cashing up.

Previously, I worked for Lloyds TSB Banking Group as a corporate customer service clerk. My responsibilities included the receiving of phone calls and handling customer queries, as well as correcting the problem.
I have a professional telephone manner as I have had many years’ experience and have undergone several professional telephone courses.

I work well within a team and feel that I am a strong team member but I am also able to work well on my own. I was made team leader of our social activity committee at Lloyds and have arranged many events within the office. These have included charity events, fancy dress days, summer fetes and Christmas parties. I am always keen to get involved and give 100% to these events.

In the past I have been a first aider, although my certificates are now out of date, I am keen to update this and also look into the fire monitor course. I am keen to undertake relevant courses to gain extra knowledge and experience within my work as I feel this is important to me and the company I work for.
