A lifetime Philadelphian and resident of East Falls for almost 10 years, Denise left her Landscape Consultant position to be a full-time real estate agent. She has transferred her attention from outside to inside, lending her keen eye, technical expertise and marketing strengths to the Greater Philadelphia area with local savvy in the East Falls, Manayunk and Roxborough markets. She loves this area for its closeness to Center City, its walkability and the many parks and outdoor attractions nearby.
Denise has a Bachelor’s Degree in English Communication & Marketing from Shippensburg University. She is a Member of the East Falls Community Council, as well as an East Falls and Roxborough Dog Park supporter. She serves as a Community Garden Volunteer and a Tour Guide for the East Falls Historical Society.

In addition, her home in East Falls was a nominee for the Horticultural Society’s City Garden Contest in 2013.
