My husband and I live on the outskirts of Knoxville, Tennesse. Our home is tucked away on the bend of our country road. It is a pleasure to see many birds and other wildlife. My favorite happens to be the cardinal.

We have 5 children. Four are grown and one is still being worked on. We have homeschooled all of our children. Beginning in the 80's, through the 90's, on past the turn of the century, and are still at it after 26 years. We are also weekend parents to two grandchildren. We have taken on the opportunity of full time homeschooling these wonderful children as well.

When visiting my site I will be highlighting various topics from the perspective of an "older" (ouch) homeschooling mom. These would include: homeschooling all ages, art education, sign language education, organizing, health, growing older, spirituality, and much more.
