Many many years ago in the small town of Vernon BC, two little girls who lived across the street from one another became best friends. Those two little girls got into a lot of trouble together making recipes out of any ingredients they could get their hands but, in general, they were very good and very cute.

The girls both grew up into women and remained close friends over the years although they no longer lived across the street from one another and sometimes only saw each other a couple of times a year. They found that even though they weren't together every day, they still shared a love of recipes and also a mutual passion for natural living be it clean food, natural cosmetics or toxin free cleaning products.

One beautiful Okanagan summer, the girl who had moved away, Denise, decided it was time to move back to her hometown and close to her long time friend Brittanie, who had been very busy raising her family. Once they got back together, they quickly found out that they had developed a complementary set of skills that combined, turned them into the perfect partnership with a passion for sharing their love of natural products with the world.
