Brand Research, AOL
My day-to-day job finds me talking to consumers about what motivates them, what they think about AOL, what they’ve noticed and like about AOL’s rebranding and rebirth, and putting all of that together to help AOLers incorporate consumer insights into all aspects of our business – to drive our brand and our business forward.
I am also on the Market Research Council of the American Marketing Association, serve on the board of my home-owners association, and have a professional project management (PMP) certification.
Prior to AOL, I worked for a start-up market research company focused on insights for the affluent (Premium Knowledge Group) and held positions in strategy and consumer research at Enogex Inc and J.D. Power and Associates.
I grew up in Pennsylvania and have lived in Rochester, New York (so much snow!); Dallas, Texas (where ironically I became a hockey fan – Go Stars!); Oklahoma City, OK (everyone is so nice!); and Reston, Virginia (which I currently call home). I love to travel, cook, walk my two dogs, spend time with family, bike, play tennis, and run (and recently completed my first Ragnar Relay from Miami to Key West).
