Prior to joining BHHS Florida, Ms. Mongiardo worked for two decades as a cardiac specialist. As a lab technologist in the cardiac catheterization lab at Heart Labs of America, she conducted ultrasounds of the heart and assisted physicians during medical procedures, in addition to discharging patients to the floor. She has also held positions with Munroe Regional Medical Center and Alachua General Hospital.
Ms. Mongiardo holds a bachelor of arts in psychology from St. Leo University in Gainesville, Florida, and maintains membership in professional organizations including the National Association of Realtors. When she’s not working, she enjoys pursuing physical fitness goals and playing cards with her family.
