I help everyday people make positive choices in four ways:

1. Coaching in workshops and one-on-one sessions
2. Writing career development content
3. Training educators and career advisers
4. Developing effective career tools for underrepresented populations

I believe that everyone -- no matter their life experiences or barriers to employment -- has the right to live out the career identify that will bring them fulfillment, not just a paycheck.
