I am a Strategic Connector and my title of Chief Mindset Officer fits me well. I understand the value of networking in life and why, in the traditional sense, it makes people uncomfortable. People tell me that because I understand how and why people are the way they are, that I can make networking easy and comfortable for most. My company also teaches Leadership Development programs - how culture is formed and how a leader's style affects the culture, not just in business but in life. I also believe that attitude affects the outcome of most situations. Most people do not have the skills necessary to repel negative influences in their lives. With the appropriate tools, people can gain confidence to help themselves and ultimately help others.
