Attend my event

Greetings, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Denishea; I'm 35 years young from Dallas, Texas. I recognized the stigma of mental health in the Black community has caused many Black women to bury their pain and live in fear, guilt, and shame. I'm very passionate about helping women make themselves a priority by teaching mindfulness techniques and providing support so they can live content and happy life.

I grew up in a loving Christian family, but being sheltered and naive left me wounded. These wounds would soon lead to feelings of inadequacy, anxiety, and depression. Facing mental and physical ailments, I spent years of soul-searching, life coaching, and therapy to be able to heal, and I want to share my journey with you!

When I'm not working, I'm parenting my 12-year-old autistic son, spending time with my family and partner, cultivating new relationships, and studying mindfulness and nutrition.

I hope you will follow me as I continue my journey of self-awareness, mindfulness, and wellness. You can follow me on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, or sign -up for my newsletter.
