I was active in the civil rights movement, the Viet Nam movement and various social justice projects. I headed a labor union. I was a judge and was fired for not collecting enough revenue for the town I that I worked for. I unsuccessfully ran for Public office, branded by my opponent as a hippy and radical. I don't admit to the hippie label. I was a political enemy and survived 84 weeks of audit by the IRS. I have been mostly a criminal defense attorney, although I had a brief stint in the movie industry, taking a movie company public, was chairman of the board of Lexicor Medical Technologies, and am currently on the board of directors of another medical technology company. I have been an adjunct instructor at a University in the Department of Sociology and have served on six dissertation committees. I am writing a book on the sociology of law currently and starting a project about the destruction of the US constitution called memoirs of a drug warrior. (from the losing side) I write commentary on www.denniscomments.wordpress.com.
