Earning a J.D. from Kent School of Law in Chicago, and his B.S. in Business Administration from Illinois State University. He also earned a PHR as a HR professional, and is a certified Building Analyst Professional-BPI. All his educational background is grounded in critical thinking approaches. Throughout his business career he has had rewarding “hands on experiences” in HR Managment, Marketing Management, Financial Management, and Business Operations. It is this background that has prepared him to succeed in leading Haynes Enterprises LLC.

Known to be firmly dedicated to socially concious programs that make a difference in the lives of youth, the elderly, and select community revitalization programs. His past community involvement included Chicago Public Schools serving as a restorative justice mediator, Illinois Guardianship and Advocacy Commission- case investigator 2002-2010, and the corporate appointed board member for Blue Cross/ Blue Shield IL- United Way,
Currently he is a member of Illinois State Alumni Club, Chicago Cosmopolitan Chambers of Commerce; Minority Business Council, and President of Chesterfield Community Council. As a result of Dennis’s various community and business involvements he has fostered valuable business contact throughout the United States.
