For over 25 years, I have been passionate about helping organizations solve the challenges associated with agile in larger, more complex enterprises. As an Enterprise Agile Coach, I help companies pragmatically introduce organizational changes and practices to help them deliver products that make a difference for their business. As a partner in LeadingAgile (www.leadingagile.com), I am helping build a great company that makes a difference.

I contribute to the Agile Project Management, Agile Business Analysis, and Enterprise Agile Transformation communities. I recently served as Vice Chair for the PMI/IEEE computer society sponsored “Software Extension to the PMBOK®”, I was the Global Lead for PMI’s Agile Community of Practice, I was on the eight-person Steering Committee that defined the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, and served as Deputy Project Manager for PMI’s OPM3®. I was a significant contributor to IIBA’s Agile Extension to the BABOK and Microsoft’s business architecture offering. I have been published in in Harvard Business Review and by the Cutter Consortium.

I attended FSU on a violin scholarship, served in the USMC, coached baseball and basketball while raising two kids, have been married to my wife for over 20 years, and have a degree in Organizational Psychology and Development.
