Dennis Sanchez is the founder of “Los Compadres, Modern Caballeros,” a non-profit organization that promotes personal and leadership development among Latino males. Also known as "The Latino Sales Advisor" and "The Connector", he went on to open his own marketing agency, Marcar Visions Marketing, to help Latino businesses increase productivity through sales and makes sure he leverages his powerful network to help Latino businesses thrive. He’s been featured in Aquí TV, Hispano Entrepreneur and Alma Emprendedora Magazine.

I’ve been blessed to have found success in a variety of fields, from real estate agent and financial services advisor, to NYC Latino Professionals Meetup group organizer and event producer in both NYC and NJ. During these years, I’ve had the opportunity to meet - and nurture relationships with – many Latino entrepreneurs – and many who want to be one. After getting to know them, I realized all had a common thread: they had increasing revenue as their number one priority, and as a successful salesperson it stroked me that they lacked an effective marketing strategy.

Because I felt compelled to empower them, I started leveraging my extensive network and connecting marketing experts with these entrepreneurs, with many resulting in strategic partnerships. Because I had been comfortable handling my own marketing efforts during the different phases of my career, I also took on projects myself, like event production and social media execution.

After many successful entrepreneur-and-marketing connections, I realized that many business owners were not making it because they did not concentrate on the PROPER activities needed to produce income and SELL. I then decided to take the next step in my career and become a small business owner that helped other business owners market their products. This is how Marcar Visions Marketing was born. After many attempts, I realized that business owners were reluctant to invest in marketing because they didn't understand its value and how it worked when aligned with a great sales strategy. It was my great sales knowledge that blinded me from the real challenge for most business owners, SALES. It is now my mission to continue using my extensive network, along with my keen ability to uncover SALES opportunities, to do what I do best: Enlighten Latino entrepreneurs to SELL their products using the best marketing solutions that have the greatest impact on their bottom-line.
