I am Chef/Owner of South African Connexion Bbq Catering here in the UK.
After years of being in the catering field and having started up Surrey Spit Roast BBQ Catering in 1999 in the Weybridge area I relocated to Mont Tremblant,Quebec,Canada in 2007 and became known as South African Connexion BBQ Catering.
I continued my catering in cities such as Ottawa,Montreal and Quebec City,sometimes in temps. As low as -20c
The flavours of South Africa were well recieved by the Canadians and so I enjoyed the success as in the UK
We catered for corporate events,private weddings,birthdays etc.
We have now returned to the UK to commence catering in 2016 in Hampshire,Surrey and surrounding counties.
