How do you attract and retain the right people?
Proper brand marketing encompasses much more than a logo, advertisements, and some social media posts. We must be strategic and look at the bigger picture to attract and retain the right people. Every piece of a company - internal and external - must be analyzed to determine if one is to create a brand marketing strategy that is scaleable, sustainable, and capable of generating ROI.
This is how I think, plan and execute my brand marketing strategies. It’s a holistic approach that activates leadership, employees, and customers to attract and retain the right people who buy a product/service or are looking for a career.
When you approach brand marketing holistically, you can create internal and external strategies that leave a lasting impression. It generates multiple touchpoints and experiences that are memorable. When you are unforgettable, people talk about you. When people talk about you, you’re amplifying your brand. And that type of marketing is the most powerful and highest ROI-generating tactic any business can ask for because it’s credible and free.
