As a Serial Entrepreneur, Dennis Ogilvie built a .co.uk bespoke OS Commerce based online retailer completely from scratch staffed from a call center in Asia. After 4 years he had 20 staff and a turnover of £12 million.

Having sold that and yet still providing the staff as the new owners preferred outsource staffing supplier, are now working with four different call centers here in the Philippines to ensure we can offer clients the very best of service. They have a combined staff of 300 working a diverse portfolio of both inbound and outbound campaigns for clients in the UK, USA and Australia.
