Dennis Porter Jr

I am self-taught passionate front-end student and back-end capable engineer solving problems at the cross section between UI/UX design and UI/UX implementation via scalable modules. The tools I use to realize these goals are mostly, but not limited to, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

I’m interested in all types of technology. I’ve taken a few online classes to level up and I plan to make more. I think it’s a shame that there aren’t more robust degrees directed at Web Technologies (with hardcore comp-sci principles and emphasis on the nuances and idiosyncrasies of the internet, browsers, and web languages), and I hope that by the time my career tapers off that will change. Learning has always been fun for me so I’m hoping to accumulate (and catalog) knowledge equivalent to that of a doctorate in computer science in web technologies. Hopefully while on the road, I can help a awesome team build something impactful.
