Dennis Rowlen

An Alabama-based healthcare banking executive, Dennis Rowlen draws upon more than a decade of relevant experience in his role as relationship manager and vice president of United Community Bank. In this position, he is responsible for an average origination of more than $100 million in senior housing loans each year. Dennis Rowlen has been with the bank since 2015; and previously with Community & Southern Bank.

Prior to joining the bank, Dennis Rowlen worked as a senior director of financial operations with Surgical Care Affiliates, where he directed the financial operations of 44 ambulatory surgery centers. He also held finance-based roles with PRN Capital, Wachovia Bank, and Regions Bank. Mr. Rowlen earned an MBA from Samford University and holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Alabama. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is a member of the board of directors of the Knights of Columbus Council No. 635 and regularly volunteers as a tutor with Pathways Home.
