I'm enjoying a rewarding career in Real Estate and Property Management. After purchasing my first rental property in 2001, until 2008 I was an investor and principle in more than 250 real estate transactions involving both rental properties and flips.
In 2009 I formed Zenith Properties NW, LLC with my wife, Johanna and the goal of building the best professional residential property management firm in Clark County, Washington.
Now, I'm Co-Owner, General Manager and Designated Broker for Zenith Properties NW, LLC. With the help of Johanna and our professional staff, Zenith has grown from its first client in 2009 to a firm that now manages more than 250 rental units and 150 satisfied Owner clients.
