Hi, I’m Aaron.
My professional journey began in 2005, working in my family’s durable medical equipment (DME) business, American Mobility, where I gained invaluable, hands-on experience in business operations, management, and customer service. During my time there, we expanded by launching a complementary manufacturing company, Cover Express, which produces accessories for medical equipment. Being involved in building and growing these businesses from the inside out gave me a deep understanding of how companies operate, scale, and succeed. In 2015, we successfully sold American Mobility, while Cover Express continues to operate and thrive today.
Following the sale, I reached a career crossroads and returned to my roots in the hospitality industry, applying my service-oriented mindset while determining my next professional chapter. That transition ultimately led me to dentistry, where I accepted a patient service representative role at a dental office.
Bringing with me years of experience in business management and customer service, I quickly made an impact and was promoted to Office Manager within three months, launching what has now been nearly seven years in dental operations management.
Throughout my career in dental operations, I have turned around underperforming offices, hired and developed high-performing teams, and mentored team members who went on to management and leadership roles. I consider myself a servant leader, leading by example and emphasizing accountability, collaboration, and consistency.
My leadership philosophy centers on delivering exceptional patient service, consistently exceeding monthly performance goals, and removing operational roadblocks so providers can focus on what they do best providing outstanding clinical care
