Welcome to My New Theatre Arts Movement.
My name is Shamica Care DeNully.
I am a native New Yorker, faith-centered playwright, theatre producer, singer-songwriter, educator, and the Founder and Artistic Director of KINGDOM THEATRE.
Being a playwright for over 29 years and a theatre producer for over 20 years, I am honored to launch our inaugural 2026–2027 KINGDOM THEATRE Season, inviting women and communities to experience art in an entirely new way.

KINGDOM THEATRE IS… here to create transformative experiences that inspire women to gracefully rediscover their artistic voice.
Our productions CELEBRATE WOMEN WHO CHOOSE HEALING over hurt, PURPOSE over pain, FORGIVENESS over bitterness, and LOVE over fear.
We believe that storytelling has the power to change the hearts of everyone who experiences it.
2026–2027 SEASON
“A TASTE OF THEATRE”
Our inaugural season features a colorful collection of monologues and folk songs to renew the mind.
Each gathering is designed to sow good seed into fertile ground that will produce a harvest that glorifies the King of Kings.

A power-filled gospel stage play written by Shamica Care DeNully, exploring a queen's journey from brokenness to love, power, and a sound mind.
SULTANA invites audiences to feel again, to believe again, and to love again.

WE ARE A TRAVELING THEATRE ARTS COOPERATIVE creating top-tier experiences.
By connecting artists and audiences across the United States, Africa, and beyond, we produce ART for future generations who will share the gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven.
Our goal for this season is to establish 300 women led chapters throughout the United States and abroad…
Looking Ahead
Following our New York launch, we travel for our first international artistic residency in Cape Town, South Africa to broaden our horizons.
Our global vision is to establish communities where theatre becomes a pathway to healing, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, and lasting connections as we share the gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven.
