We evaluate and treat all school-related and behavioral child/adolescent issues. This includes Learning Disabilities, Attention Deficit Disorders, OCD, Anxiety, Asperger's and all Autism Spectrum Disorders. I am a Certified Autism Specialist (CAS certificate number 151). We see children from Littleton, Englewood, Centennial, Highlands Ranch and Denver.

Dr. Eisenberg perfoms other psychological evaluations and treats Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Behavioral Acting-out, school avoidance, social withdrawl, abrupt personality changes and divorce.

Having been a Child Psychologist for 25 years, and a College Professor, we have knowledge of most area public and private schools. We influence the school's support of the child by creating an IEP or 504 plan that includes accommodations or needed services. We recommend school placements. Public and private schools plus all U.S. colleges do accept our recommendations for accommodations such as extended testing time.

Many times schools delay assessments. A full evaluation can be pre-emptive to underachievement or low-self-esteem due to it. Our testing is a very reliable method capable of detecting the causes of any school-related or behavioral issue. The evaluation is customized to the problems presented. I will thoroughly understand the child's personal and academic faults and strengths PLUS the parent's need to change their approach. The latter means that if your child is overindulged or underdisciplined, I will tell you and recommend alternative methods. I recommend medication only if absolutely necessary but have a host of nonpharmacological techniques for improving focus and social skills.
