I am the owner & broker of Dream Denver Luxury Real Estate. I am passionate about real estate in every aspect. Real estate investments, Development or just providing real estate services, I believe that as a Realtor I can make a difference with everyone that works with me. My approach is heavily rooted in the “Win/Win” philosophy of negotiating. For many of my clients the experience in working with me was the first real estate transaction during which they felt completely taken care of and actually enjoyed the process.
My experience working and training some of the countries top notch law firms and top financial firms gives me an unusual sensitivity in helping with high-end clients in buying and selling their properties by understanding some of their unique needs and concerns. Before embarking on a full-time real estate career, I owned and ran an exclusive craft cocktail lounge. The lounge was accustomed to clients such as Lindsay Lohan, Charles Barkley, Cuba Gooding Jr. and numerous other celebrities and socialites whom required a high level of service with complete discretion. Before opening the cocktail lounge I worked with multiple city and county governments all over the United States. Running my own business and dealing with contracts for cities and counties has honed my negotiating skills to perfection, maximizing my client’s proceeds.
As an active real estate investor I have hands-on experience in helping clients make sound real estate investment choices and really enjoy helping my clients find those hidden gems with great potential.
I currently live in Lower Downtown and absolutely love the urban lifestyle with everything it has to offer. In my spare time I enjoy traveling, going to the gym, biking and snowboarding. For me, my favorite part about being a Realtor® is the opportunity to meet individuals from all walks of life. It is not surprising that so many of my past clients have become life long friends.
