I am originally from Brazil and I am fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

My previous background is in technology. However, after a decade of many lessons from my daughter who was diagnosed with autism at the age of 2, I finally decided to embrace what has become my absolute passion and pursue a degree in Speech-Language Pathology. I truly believe that all the knowledged I've gathered and the skills I've developed during the last few years can positevely impact other kiddos with speech and language disorders.

I am a certified Newborn Hearing screener, an ILS practioner, I have taken several courses through the AAC institute and I am 15 hours away from completing my RBT certification required modules. I have also worked as a Portuguese teacher for group and private students.
