Depth Counseling is a group practice offering thoughtful, long-term psychotherapy in Chicago for individuals, couples, and families. Since 2017, we have helped people work through anxiety, depression, grief, anger, and relationship struggles, getting beneath surface symptoms to understand what holds them back.
