Derek Eberly

Derek has spent 10 years in education as special educator and school administrator. As a life long learner, Derek works hard at listening, reflecting and learning. He believes in the philosophy of inclusive education and the research based strategies that support that philosophy. Primarily Derek believes that student centered strength based planning is the key to successful inclusion.
