Derek David is a senior this year at Virginia Tech studying electrical engineering. Derek grew up in Northern Virginia in the suburbs of Washington D.C.
In his spare time, he loves to watch and play sports. Some of his favorite sports teams are the Redskins, the Nationals, and the Capitals.
Another interesting fact about Derek is that he has traveled to over 20 different countries around the world. Although this summer Derek stayed in United States and visited San Francisco, California and many other places in California.
