Tony Hines

My name is Antonio Hines and I was born on December 2, 1993 in Richmond, Virginia. Through out my life I have played four sports (basketball, track, football, and baseball), but I quit everything to focus on school and my life goals. My current hobbies are singing, writing, and occasionally piano. I'm studying to either be a clinical psychologist, musical therapist, or psychology in the criminal justice field. If I am not in class or hanging with friends you can catch me at the gym. Eating healthy and working out are my priorities now that I'm not currently active in sports.

I have one sister, Alexandra. She is a big influence in my life and has made me who I am today. She is the reason my family became interested in sports and my inspiration to play basketball. She is currently a student at VCU. She had a chance to play basketball in college, but gave it up to focus more on her education and future goals in life.

When I graduate I plan on moving to the beach to start my career. I love the beach and its weather. I would rather always be long boarding outside than being stuck inside on the computer. I plan on picking up surfing and jet skiing later on.

Every year my parents go to California, but I have never had the chance to go yet because I am always in school. In either the next year or so I am going with them to start looking at job internships for when I am out of graduate school. Since I have never been to California I am not sure what I would like to do on the West Coast, but I am sure it has a lot in store for me in the near future.
