Derek Cheshire

Derek spent a number of years working in industry, asking searching questions and being told ‘that’s the way we have always done things around here’. Not satisfied with the answers, Derek embarked on a campaign to encourage businesses to think differently.

Since then he has created a unique innovation model that allows innovation measurement and encourages a holistic approach to Innovation. His work encompasses creating innovation strategy, innovation management, idea generation and facilitating creative thinking workshops.

Derek is an accomplished speaker and author with articles published by the United Nations and in diverse places such as the Hindustan Times and the Malawi Guardian.
