Derek Dennison

My name is Derek Dennison, I'm 26 and currently live in southern Maine. I wanted to create a blog that gave people an idea of what Maine has to offer, and what that state I call home has offered me my whole life. I truly feel that Maine has shaped me into the man I am today. It's ironic because there's not a day throughout my childhood and highschool years, that I told myself and of course everyone around me, I couldn't wait to get out of this boring state that I call home. When it came time to apply for colleges or make "future" plans, nothing mattered to me. I couild have careless about my future had in store, as long as I was headed south on I-95 with the Maine stateline in my rearview. I was ready to take on the world, or so I thought...
