Derek Maxfield

As a co-founder of Younique and co-founding board member of Saprea, Derek Maxfield thrives at the intersection of innovation and impact. After twelve years of developing software for leading direct sales organizations, Derek saw untapped potential in social selling. In 2012, he and his sister launched Younique, an organization whose success fueled Derek’s greater vision: Saprea, a nonprofit dedicated to healing survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Today, Derek also serves as CEO of the new company Komigo.
