Derek Maxfield

Derek Maxfield brings more than two decades of entrepreneurial experience to his roles as co-founder of Younique and board member of Saprea. After twelve years of developing software for leading direct sales organizations, Derek saw untapped potential in social selling. In 2012, he and his sister launched Younique, an organization whose success fueled Derek’s greater vision: Saprea, a nonprofit dedicated to healing survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Today, Derek also serves as CEO of the new company Komigo.
