I am Derek, of Derek Morris Designs. I became a profitable designer at an earlier age than most; creating marketable goods and pitching my sales before I even knew what the world of design truly had to offer. I have since submersed myself into many subjects from hand working glass, metal, and wood, to digital logo and pattern creation. All of which I have turned into profitable ventures by pairing quality work with my ability to pitch a sale. My main focus however, is industrial design.

I believe every aspect of the Design process is crucial to the best results, and that is why I pride myself in proficiency through it all, from research, to model building and the pivot point of it all, presentation. You see, contrary to the famous quote, they don’t always come if you build it, but they do if you convince them, and that is what i do best.
