I am originally from North Pole, Alaska – a small town just outside of Fairbanks, and "No", Santa Claus is not my neighbor, but I do know where he lives :-) . I am married with two children, four dogs, and currently reside in Salt Lake City, UT.
I have over 15 years of Executive Management experience in operations, sales, marketing, finance, and technical project management. I enjoy creating and implementing organizational systems, processes and procedures, as well as business modeling and development.
Specific strengths include: packaging, bundling, and pricing products and services for optimal market penetration, analyzing and developing financial business models, problem-solving, and crafting business systems and processes to maximize sales and customer retention.
Currently, I am a licensed residential loan officer (NMLS# 1183537) with Graystone Mortgage (CoNMLS# 18163). I'm also the General Manager of Professional Business & Financial Services [ P B F S ] http://www.probizfinancial.com. PBFS procures commercial real estate loans, and provides consulting services for real estate investors and for clients needing digital marketing solutions, such as: Web sites, landing pages, and lead generation.
My hobbies include, hiking, recreational cycling (just because I like outdoors), college football, and re-creating recipes for family meals that I regularly force-feed them. I also enjoy volunteering with "Fill the Pot", reading fantasy and science fiction novels, and tinkering with technology.
