Derick Schaudies

The first thing you notice about Derick Schaudies when he walks in a room is his height. It's not NBA-giant-size (he's actually quite bad at basketball), but he's tall. Normally very affable and outgoing, you may enjoy his sense of humor, but many often do not, forcing him to scramble to get back on solid social footing in many a first meeting.

Derick has a varied professional background. "Wide" or "extensive" you would call it if this were a job board. He has a degree in Genetics and law, he speaks Spanish and he's worked with both Elmo and felony prosecutors. At present, he works in finance, helping to identify opportunities for tech-enabled business services companies across the United States.

In his free time, Derick likes to go swimming with his son, Fitz.
