I am Derik Wyckoff, a Principal and Chief Financial Officer with a passion for helping businesses grow through thoughtful leadership, financial discipline, and long-term planning. My career has taken me from my roots in Nowata, Oklahoma, to opportunities in Los Angeles, where I built a strong foundation in accounting, finance, and business strategy.

Early in my career at Ernst & Young, I learned that behind every financial statement is a story about people, decisions, and opportunities. My time at Platinum Equity expanded my understanding of business operations and showed me how strategic thinking can create lasting value. Today, as the owner of Beacon Capital Holdings, I focus on guiding organizations with a practical approach built on preparation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Outside of work, I enjoy photography because it challenges me to slow down, notice the details, and appreciate different perspectives. I am also a proud father, and my family continues to shape how I approach leadership and life.
