Allison DeRoche

My name is Allison DeRoche and I am a sophomore at Louisiana State University. I am often described as friendly, outgoing with strong leadership skills.

I am proud to call myself an LSU tiger and enjoy being involved with my university. This year I became a founding member of Alpha Phi Delta Tau Colony. I am majoring in mass communications with a concentration in advertising and a minor in visual communications. I want to pursue a career in advertising.

At Mandeville High School, I was a committed member of Student Council and was elected Treasurer my senior year. I also participated in spirit club, key club, and had the pleasure of having not one but two internships.

I enjoy college life at LSU. LSU football games, the beautiful campus and academic opportunities is the reason I chose LSU. Some interesting facts about me is that I love to paint, I love to travel and my favorite place is Disney.

I have been painting since my sophomore year of high school. It is something I found I have real talent in and enjoy doing. I traveled with 27 other classmates across Europe last summer and have officially been bitten by the travel bug. I have been going to Disney since i was a little girl. My goal is to do an internship with Disney for the next three years, and start my career post-graduation.
