Derrick Fountain

Derrick Fountain is a business savvy technologist with a passionate curiosity for mobile. In 2011, Derrick relocated from the US to Qatar to work at the international headquarters of Al Jazeera Media Network in Doha. In his current role, Derrick is responsible for launching and expanding Al Jazeera's global mobile product portfolio of apps and mobile websites across major platforms including smartphones, tablets, and low-end handsets in emerging markets.
