I am an accomplished attorney with a proven track record counseling and representing clients in contract negotiations and employment matters, and in Federal and State courts on a wide variety of complex, multi-party litigation. I have conducted corporate investigations and have managed large scale litigation. I have achieved success for my clients in all aspects of representation, including trials before juries, mediations, and negotiating settlements in complex matters. I currently serve as mediator for a national mediation company.

I am a skilld writer and speaker and an effective motivator and negotiator with a record of an a passionf or bringing diverse parties together; building consensus; and empowering and encouraging others to achieve maximum results. I have taught continuing legal education courses on ethics and litigation issues for the District of Columbia Bar and ALI-ABA and have served on and/or moderated panel discussions for the American Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar, the Women's Bar Association of D.C. and before various corporate entities. I have concieved and organized panel discussions designed to promote diversity in employment and to promote racial and ethnic dialogue and healing. I have had articles published on legal and non-legal topics in a variety of publications. I am a frequent speaker/commentator on legal and non-legal issues and have spoken before audiences of up to seven thousand people.

I am also an award-winning public interest contributor/community service program manager who initiates plans and directs highly succesful fund-raising, professional development, public awareness, and educational events.
