DERYL EMUANG

Deryl’s frequent flyer miles have certainly clocked up since 2006, when he made his jump towards directing. Through Prague, Shanghai, Shandong, Bali, Melbourne, Sydney, Bangkok, and the usual suspects Jakarta and KL, he has since become a traveller of the world of production and post production.
And he never left behind his signature style of smooth edits, meticulously art directed shots, clear influences from his fashion background and seamlessly slick visual effects.
In recent times, Deryl found himself in Jakarta shooting his first horror short flick for Kapal Api. And wouldn’t you know it, that bagged at Indonesia’s top advertising awards Citra Pariwara.
With his current forays into taming lions, making giants and making gorgeous celebrities looking MORE gorgeous, Deryl’s future looks strangely beautiful.
