I am a Real Estate professional with 16 years Real Estate experience. I originally started out my Real Estate career selling new construction while at Re/Max Advantage. I then branched into Property Management due to a need for it in the community I serve. I also help many home owners who wish to keep Real Estate as an investment, to purchase new investments and keep their existing investments in good condition for resale.

Today, I help home sellers and buyers navigate the ever changing market of Real Estate. I am a life long resident of Valencia County, my family has farmed this area since 1886. I am familiar with the changing face of Valencia County, the divers area's of suburban lifestyle, mixed with farm and country lifestyle. My knowledge of this area and how it has developed over the years, makes me a leader in my market.

My career in Real Estate officially began 16 years ago when I became licensed as a Realtor, but really it began as a child growing up with Real Estate talk being a constant dinner table conversation. My mother was a predominate Realtor in this county and pioneer in creating subdivisions here in Valencia County. She developed Valley View, Crest View, Panoan, Parkview Estates and Cypress Gardens. This background makes me very knowledgeable about all area's of Real Estate, from farm land & water rights, to subdivided properties & and restrictive covenants.
