Des Hague is an internationally renowned executive in the hospitality industry. With over 25 years of producing impressive results for a number of retail food industries, Hague has built a reputation for highly competent leadership by holistically envisioning the world. In his most recent role, Hague was able to successfully lead a company through an interesting growth phase in the United Kingdom and North America. Hague used his extensive, rich experience in business to successfully acquire smaller companies in order to fundamentally build the value of the firm.

Hague is the Founder and CEO of Aegis Enterprise and is closely partnered with the world renowned food and laundry facilities design and consultancy firm, William Caruso & Associates. Additionally, he currently sits on the board of Stamford Youth Foundation a not-for-profit organization as well as PING HD and DVE Telepresence. Hague also serves on the Board of Directors for Sbarro Inc., and the National Restaurant Association.

Outside of his career life, Des Hague thoroughly enjoys spending time with his wonderful family. He ardently enjoys traveling around the globe with his family.

Des Hague is a native of the United Kingdom and holds an MBA from the International Business from American College in London. He currently resides in Stamford, Connecticut.
