Marcella Desharnais

My name is Marcella and I'm currently a senior at Syracuse University studying software development and music industry. While my major is technologically focused my real passions lie within writing and performing music.

Since the seventh grade I've played the saxophone, drums, guitar, and sang. I've performed in various bands in high school and in college have invested more of my time into the back-end, technological side of music. I've done various radio shows, was the sound designer for a theatre production, and have written for a music publication on campus. This past summer I was an intern for Universal Music Group's Advanced Media Department where I filmed and edited artist showcases.

Next summer I hope to be attending graduate school while also continuing to work for UMG.
