My maternal grandmother taught me about ceramics, painting, sewing and crochet.

My paternal grandmother taught me about beeds and style.

My mother taught me more about painting and sewing.

My father taught me about construction and the notion of quality.

I have been steeped in a culture of thrift, art appreciation and the value of handmaking objects for my life. It is normal that I don't know everything and expected that I learn to do as much as I can.
